so, I had this therapist who taught me the emotional freedom technique.
the emotional freedom technique involves tapping on different parts of the body while repeating a phrase and thinking about your problem. A more detailed description is available in the video below. My therapist recommended I do the tapping for 6 minutes at a time, 3 times a day. I felt a bit better after doing this for a few monthes, but i wanted faster progress so i stopped and got a new therapist. The new therapist didn't help at all, so I am going back to this. Maybe it helps, maybe its useless but i certainly can't imagine it harming you so if you like give it a try.
