The next test will tell us how forgiving you are.Score : 75 According to your answers on the test, forgiving comes easily to you. You seem to have an open, accepting heart, and don't judge others harshly even when they royally mess up. This doesn't mean you aren't affected by others hurtful or thoughtless actions - you may feel the jab, but are simply able to put it behind you and give people another chance. You recognize that as humans we are all flawed, and everyone needs compassionate absolution at some point in their life. This is a healthy attitude that likely prevents you from becoming bitter and distrustful... as long as you don't dish out forgiveness too blindly. Make sure that your leniency doesn't give others so much room that you are taken advantage of !

Your score is: 40
What does your score mean?
You appear to be a happy medium on the forgiveness scale. You are able to let go of certain hurts and screw-ups, but draw the line at other behavior. Chances are you have established boundaries for what you can and cannot forgive, or you simply operate on a case-by-case basis. If someone, example, does not show any remorse for hurting you or has potential to do the dirty deed again, you don't let them off the hook so easily. If, on the other hand, they are willing to work on rebuilding your trust and show respect for your feelings, you might soften up. This is a reasonable approach, as long as you allow yourself to truly forgive others - not simply sweep things under the carpet. We are all human and thus imperfect and need a bit of compassion from time to time... but we also need limits.

80. It may be a lot harder to forgive when these things actually happen though.

"On a case-by-case basis" I thought some of the questions were kind of lame, but yep...this part sounds familiar, I guess. I don't know about "happy medium," though. Fuck that phrase.

Couldn't get past the fifth question. Is it bad? Yes, it means kittens have already invaded your home, run, get out of there before it's too late ! Ahem, well, the next one I did mostly for myself but any fellow Trekkie is welcome to try it as well . Score : 103 Rank : Commander You know Trek, and you love it. You may not dress up in uniform every day, but you're dedicated to your series, or two, and happy with being entertained by it.

Trekkiness: 78
Rank: Ensign
What does it mean? You're either new to Star Trek, or you aren't a die hard fan. You watch it, but you don't retain episode titles or character's middle names. You see Star Trek as entertainment, to be enjoyed and then go on with your regular life.
Oh great, may as well make me a red shirt. Lowest rank on the forum so far. Ridiculous. I'd be killed two minutes into the film.
I really like Star Trek. Ensign Spork. Jeez, I could be captain. Instead, I have to answer to Commander Grayback.
Hmm, how difficult is a mutiny?

Oh great, may as well make me a red shirt. Lowest rank on the forum so far. Ridiculous. I'd be killed two minutes into the film. I can already see it my dear Spork, you might die early on in the episode but I promise you this, your death would be both epic and selfless ( you would save me from a pink tentacle monster ) and your sacrifice long remembered ( at least until next episode ... ). I really like Star Trek. Ensign Spork. Jeez, I could be captain. Instead, I have to answer to Commander Grayback. Hey now, give me a chance, you might grow fond of me as a Commander, I know I would make a very good Jean-Luc Picard ( I'm already French you see so I'm halfway there at the very least ) Hmm, how difficult is a mutiny? Now now, we both know how badly that would end for you .

I can already see it my dear Spork, you might die early on in the episode but I promise you this, your death would be both epic and selfless ( you would save me from a pink tentacle monster ) and your sacrifice long remembered ( at least until next episode ... ). Indeed. Quite like he sound of that. Apart from the dying bit. All I ask is that I have something named after me. A replicator, for example. Hey now, give me a chance, you might grow fond of me as a Commander, I know I would make a very good Jean-Luc Picard ( I'm already French you see so I'm halfway there at the very least ) Oh well, if you're French we may as well paint a white flag on the hull now... Aww, I'm sorry. You could be a great captain. Or you could turn out to be like Archer. As a captain, I'd probably be a bit more like Janeway. Except for the 'woman' part. And the ginger hair. Now now, we both know how badly that would end for you . You're probably right about the mutiny. You need consistency, and being Italian, I'd probably change sides several times. I will dutifully serve under you, Commander, as long as you make crew relationships perfectly acceptable. Hey, the Enterprise J had parks, universities, and small communities. It was a generational ship. All I'm asking is we bring the policy forward a couple hundred years seeing as we seem to be in Picard era. (BTW, if you're French, you might want to avoid my second blog for a week in about three weeks - and you might want to avoid looking through the recent history of my third one)
