^Congratulations, disturbed! 7 months is a long time. Here's hoping you'll hit the one-year mark (although one day at a time). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Violating the thread title)Disappointed and a little worried. Was just notified by email that there is a 5-day class/workshop/whatever on software development in a few weeks for an important program at my workplace. 3 of those days I will be on vacation w/ out-of-state family, which was manager-approved last week and I all ready bought my plane tickets. I'm hoping I'm not missing out as much I think I might be. I don't know how involved it is because I don't know the details yet. Maybe I'll ask if I can look at somebody's notes taken those days. There may be Powerpoint slides available, too. I'm afraid of slipping through the cracks...

^ I think asking for notes on the days you'll be out is a good idea. Enjoy your vacation!

Oh lostmyself, don't remind me. I ran out of tissues. Easily the saddest episode of Who, ever. I recommend the audio commentary over at Blogtor Who. Real good laugh, cheered me up.
How am I feeling? Erm, bit gutted the Boro lost today. Actually, that coupled with the last episode of Who has made it a day to forget.
I think I'll need a tub of ice-cream and a ladle...

Hope the ice cream cheered you up. Liverpool won their first game of the season so I at least had something to cheer me up

Wow, the other Red Army won a match? Hey, ho, pip and dandy, things are looking up.
Actually, no amount of ice-cream can make up for a week that got progressively worse. Lots of comical injuries that will make up a healthy amount of my next new blog post on Sunday. Far too many to put here. I'm hurting, put it that way.
My current mood? Delighted. Red Dwarf back for a tenth run. Enjoyed it. Some cheer at last.

It's on demand on Dave's website for those in the UK for 7 days.
General consensus was that it was good but not great. It's supposed to be the weakest in the run, so, that's encouraging.

A bit depressed, I'm simply bad with people. It seems I'm "that guy" in most situations, saying the wrong thing or just being repulsive to others.

^ I think everyone feels like that now and again. Try not to be too hard on yourself, you're probably much less of 'that guy' than you think. My current mood..... sleepless.
