Hi gang. Hope you are well. Just a quick post to pass on a tip that I use to lift my spirits when I'm down in the dumps. I have a picture that I'm really fond off on my wall and I take a few moments just to look at it. The picture I have is one of me full of life and energy. Looking at it raises my confidence and puts me in a good mood. Try it.

At my last job, I had several Monty Python mp3's. I'd play them occasionally. The Bright Side of Life usually makes me laugh.
Also, pictures of little kids. Usually my niece, but I had one pic an ex had sent me. It made me smile a lot of the time, too.

That's a great idea, Amy. I tried it this morning at it does work. Photographs are very powerful tools. I remember taking down old photos of my wife and kids when we seperated. They were all over the house and it was just too painful.

Oh me too. I have a mess of random photos on my bedroom wall and I sneaked one in of just me, in a fit of giggles. I usually hate picures of myself, but it still makes me grin
