Yeah, I tried this once, and it really seemed to help...
I just stopped doing it for some reason, that's weird, that always seems to be my problem, I get on the path to being confident and extrovert like I really am inside, then for some reason I end up not doing the thing that got me on that path in the first place... then I end up back at square one.
Hmmm...
But seriously, I suggest you guys try EFT, you'll be really surprised.

I've done therapies similar to EFT and found them helpful. It's just having the money for it.

I'm curious, who has experience with this? Has it helped in overcoming shyness or depression? What changes have you noticed? What's the process (synopsis)?

no one has posted what EFT is yet. never heard a word about it in school. when i googled it, this is the kind of thing i found. Wikpedia on EFT
