thanks for the update russ lol. i was just thinking, i can remember when Kane could barely speak and the very first time he did speak he sounded like a robot, i think he had to use one of those voice thingies. and they apparently did away with that idea because now he can talk just fine lol. i was just thinking, remember goldust? i always thought he was funny, everyone called him bizarre and he would wear the blonde wig and robe before his matches and he talked kinda gay, those were the days.

hell yea lol and when he rolled his eyes back and he had two special moves i think, the chokeslam and the tombstone, i always liked his brother kane too, but now apparently kane talks i think he stopped wearing his mask too, that's stupid. A while back, Undertaker challenged Vince McMahon to a Buried Alive Match. Kane came out and helped McMahon beat Taker, and Kane buried him. But at Wrestlemania 20, Paul Bearer resurrected him. Now he acts like a walking zombie again, and rarely speaks. No, he doesn't ride the bike anymore either. You gotta love those crazy wrestling storylines.

Haha I remember him, looked like someone out of a glam rock band, and would disorientate his oppenents by acting gay around them. The personalitys they give some of the wrestlers is hilarious. Its funny when they make someone out to be from a certain profession, who just happens to be a wrestler in his spare time or something. I remember the taxman guy they had, who walked to the ring with a mike calling the audience tax cheats.

Well, i get sick of the personalities myself. The show scripts the wrestlers to act certain ways, and it sucks. My favorite wrestler, Triple H, is made to act like an asshole. I used to love it when HHH would kick ass every week, but now they have him acting like a rich, spolied millionaire. I like Kurt Angle, too, but they also script him to act like a jackass. I really liked Bradshaw too, when he was a beer drinking, kick ass sort of guy, but now they have as a dickhead. lol, of course i remember Gold Dust! he was definitely hilarious. He's not on the show anymore, though. Neither is Brock Lesnar. It's not fair. All the cool wrestlers aren't there anymore. Well, except for Chris Benoit, but he doesn't really act like a cool wolverine anymore. He's too much of a fan favorite now for that, i guess. The two French guys are still there, Sylvain Grenier and Robert Conrad, but they're not really so bad anymore. The crowd really hates Muhammad Hassan if anyone. They have him preaching Arab-American shit all the time, when i wish they would have him get more physical. Yeah, wrestling sure has gotten political now. I particularly hate it when they waste so much time with their American Troop loving BS. Please! I watch wrestling to distract myself from political crap, not so i can get into it more than i already am! Thank God the Rock isn't on the show anymore; i couldn't stand the son of a bitch! Please, i don't want to see pretty boy wrestlers pose for the audience and act like charismatic cult leaders! Give me a break, all i want is to see some ass kicking.

I thought The Rock's gimmick got old fast but when he made the occassional appearence I liked him more. It seems you don't really appreciate the different wrestlers until they are gone.
I started watching in 1999 but since then I have seen some older stuff too. I started to lose interest in WWE after the WCW invasion but slowly got it back in mid 2002. Even when WWE is in a slump there is still plenty of good wrestling going on.
I like watching TNA and I hope they get a 2 hour show soon. It is nice to have something besides WWE on TV. Even when WCW was sucking at least it was something else. Plus AJ Styles is my favorite champion right now. Batista and Cena are okay but Styles is amazing.
Wrestling has always used politics to an extent. Examples include The Iron Shiek, Sgt. Slaughter as a turncoat, and all the Russian bad guys.
