maybe it's ADD? Take the quiz. ;D I've known I had this a while, (was diagnosed as a kid, and I believe it is by far my main cause of shyness) but I still thought it might be interesting to see what kinda score I, and others here got. psychcentral.com/addquiz.htmMy unsurprising results: You scored a total of 86

Hey, I just made the exam as you asked and it gave me a total of 35, which means "Mild ADHD Possible". [If I knew how to paste the image I got from the website, I would have done it here] Sometimes, I face some difficulties when trying to focus on something, such as classes or when someone is talking to me during a long time. I also tend to daydream a lot, and sometimes I feel like if my brain just "stops working" for a few seconds, where I can't think of anything at all and just remain silent. But i guess that, in my case, the problem of focusing could be solved if I just tryied harder to keep my focus for a larger period of time.. I just feel I'm a bit lazy when it comes to focusing/paying attention to something.

i posted this before but obviously it didn't go through. I got a score of 8, Now two of the six questions I wasn't sure what they werre asking and i had difficulty trying think of things in my own life that would help me to answer them, so i put "sometimes" but thinking back now, maybe i should have put "always" it's just i hate to lie, even on just a test like this--and funny thing is maybe it woulodn't be a lie, since i don't understand 2 questions. However, the ones I was able to comprehend, i could honestly answer "rarely". maybe i;l go back in and put always to the two that I didn't understand and see how much higher my score gets. okay i went back in and put very often to the 2 i mentioned. I still didn't understand what they wanted to know though. maybe my lack of comprehension = ADD. it's awfully hard to answer a question honestly when I don't understand what they are asking. My score btw, went from an 8 to a 14 (now possible ADD or ADHD). 4:45 am EST -- i just took at third test in another window, with more than six questions, and i got a score of 32. the scoring key said possible borderline ADHD. I don't understand how I can have this score when I am perfecly fine sitting still. I sit still so well I'm practically "catatonic" lol.

Good idea, Rose. Here's my result: "Mild ADHD Possible"
You scored a total of 41
You appear to suffer from mild attention and concentration difficulties according to your responses to this self-report questionnaire. You should not take this as a diagnosis of any sort, or a recommendation for treatment. However, you may want to look into seeking further consultation with a trained mental health professional if you are experiencing any difficulties in daily functioning due to these difficulties or if you'd like a more in-depth answer.I'm betting mine's more due to depressive type issues and anxiety, excessive worrying, though. * I apparently don't know how to post the image, either, lol.
