I realize I haven't updated in a good while my life story of life.
It is sunday and a holiday in the US. I have been up since 4am and I am tired. I am always tired.
Every morning when I wake up, there is some problem from the US. There is an email or voicemail of some crap. I am so tired of it.
My son is so anxious and depressed not being able to talk to me. It looks like he can talk to his grandma though so I set it up so he can call her even if he can't call me.
The more I find out about the things these people have done to my son, the angrier I get.
As you know, you can't freely talk about a pending case on a jail phone so I still haven't heard his side of the story. I keep hearing bits and pieces from other people and my blood is boiling.
I know that every thing I do has to be lawful and but I am keen for rev enge in any legal way possible.
If people have harmed your child, would you want reven ge on them?
I have been quietly collecting evidence against these a holes to take them down.
I talked to the asshole who is keeping son's belongs trying to ex tor t money from him and his smugness grrr I wished I could have reached through the phone and wiped it off his face.
Sometimes I really wonder how people can be so evil and stupid.
like he really believes he has a right to keep my son's things unless I pay him money.
little did he know I recorded the entire conversation and yeah it was legal too as I checked first and I saved the voice mail he sent me.
he identified himself clearly name address lol
he went through a list of the items and even said where he had them in his house.
his price went down somewhat too lol
he claims the dog peed on his pillow, bedspread, couch, curtain, and something else and therefore he had damages and he wanted at first $2500 and now he is down to $1600. lol
or he will keep the car plus some cash.
so I asked if I paid him that today, I could come get the stuff and he said yes and then I asked so if I came over today to get my son's things and didn't pay you, you wouldn't give me the stuff, he said he wouldn't give it to me.
Then I told him I would come get the dog since it is causing damage. and he said well the dog isn't causing damage now and he didn't mind keeping the dog at all.
so ummm ok which is it? the dog caused thousands in damages or the dog is ok?
so I have nearly an hour of him saying this stuff recorded which I will burn on a cd and send to the attorney.
should I charge him a dog rental fee now? lol

Haven't updated this lately.
I've been severely depressed. It is winter here and i am pretty sure I have SAD.
I hate my job so much. It is so damn boring.
I think others don't like their jobs either.
Going to work on the train in the morning and seeing all the gloomy sad faces makes me think they don't like work either.

One thing I have discovered late, you mainly get to be an executive by who you know and kissing ass. It is true. I was on the way to becoming VP until this other person who used to work there decided she wanted to come back after some failed woo woo coaching business thing she was doing.
So they hired her for VP.
It is funny she calls herself a people person and a worker's advocate and career coach but she sits in her office all the time glued to the screen with a scowl and hardly talks to anyone well she talks to those that matter, the rest she ignores.
Maybe I am a little jealous I didn't get VP. Then I'd get to write stupid pep talk things, go to conventions, and basically do nothing and get paid a lot.
I guess that golden ring could be mine if I licked boots a little better.
Maybe a dale carnegie course would help.

Sometimes I make the most retarded posts!
I am getting ready to fly to the US.
The radio is having a contest with a trip to either the US or Italy.
People here call it America. They say they want to visit America.
I say, I am visiting the United States or the US.
I am planning on eating sweet potato fries and spicy mac n cheese.

People here call it America. They say they want to visit America. I say, I am visiting the United States or the US. Interesting. I've been put off of using the term "America" for the U.S. Ever since my high school Spanish teacher made some sort of big deal over it....saying that she's run into people, Central Americans/South Americans, I suppose...who were offended or just didn't understand it or something. That they'd consider themselves "American" too, just of a different location. :S If anyone else wants to confirm or disconfirm that...feel free! I'd like to know for sure. But yeah, even after all this time it still bothers me. I know I used it a lot before that, but now I pretty much avoid using it at all.

I know they say they are American because it is North America but it is just nonsense. Canadians don't call themselves American. These a holes trying to take over the US and are offended if you fly the American flag these days.

Ugh, I've heard that, too--although more in reference to the nationality ("americano") than the country. I guess 'cause like Pnats, I and everyone I've known here calls it the US anyway. "America" sounds sort of... Old World, I guess. Sort of archaic and romantic. The way I understand it, this is just a basic language issue that some people blew out of proportion, probably while trying to convince English-speakers learning Spanish that they shouldn't introduce themselves as "americanos." If in Spanish, "americano" means "someone from the Americas" (North or South), then I imagine, in spanish, then I guess it would sound bizarrely arrogant to claim the word for a single country. But that just makes "americano" and "American" false friends. We Americans don't really even have a concept of North/South American as an identity, let alone think we need a special word for it. In English it would sounds weirdly non-specific for someone to say he hailed from "one of the two American continents." It'd even be unusual to narrow it down to just North America or South America. I think we generally expect a specific nationality. It kills me how some people deeply believe that this difference means it's somehow offensive for English-speakers to use an English word, in English, to describe their own damned English-speaking country. I've seen people take this so far as to use the brain-asplodingly awkward term "USian" to avoid saying "American." Sadly, they were not being ironic. To those people I'd like to point out that we also call people from the United Arab Emirates "Emiratees," not "UAEers," even though (according to Wikipedia) it's not even the only emirate on that peninsula. I've thought about this way too much since high school, lol. ------------------------------- So you there, Miss Klew: how long will you be in America/the States? What are your plans? Besides eating spicy mac 'n' cheese. Is your man coming with you to visit?

I'm just glad I'm not the only one that's been bothered/confused by this. :S

it has been a long long time since i updated this
i left for the us the last time i posted lol
areas to update
work i managed to get another it job that i hate. i already missed a couple of weeks. i hate it. the oh is unemployed six months now. he is taking a part time study course which ends in a couple months.
there does not seem to be a solution to my work hateage at this time
health ok i suppose i was given a script for anti depressants which i will not take. i am going to counseling which helps.
i am fat. i don't like being fat at all. i have no appetite. it pisses me off how judgemental and hateful people are when you are fat. they assume that i am gobbling down masses of food and drinking gallons of soda a day. im definitely not.
it's ok though as when i lose the weight i can be hateful to those jackasses.
i went to the doctor with a chest pain which was a muscle spasm sheesh and panic attack sheesh. i had an eeg and it was perfect. my blood and everything is perfect.
my eating habits are ok. i eat oatmeal maybe twice a day and then a yougurt or nothing and i have a couple of coffees. i seldom drink soda. i am not over indulging in anything so why am i now fat? i never buy sweets as i will eat them alll so i just never buy them. it doesn't bother me at all not tonhave them.
i hadn't had mexican food since i left the us and so i made some nachos yesterday yum.
exercise, hit and miss. i know i should do more but find it hard to get started. ugh.
i feel old and shit. i would like a facelift but too chicken and cant afford it right now.
goal fun i am planning a trip to europe for the fall us fall that is. i watched this movie sick and fat and something and bought a juicer and blender. i am going to try a juice fast for a few days to start. i want to do an experiment to see if i actually lose anything on a juice fast.
the move to the east coast is postponed as don't have the money to move.
house i still hate my house and am still trying to fix it up.
that is all i suppose for now

Could weight gain be attributed to a thyroid issue? Though I feel you may have mentioned that before... I have to wonder if it's due to some sort of underlying medical issue, tho...:/ Good luck and have fun with your European trip! Sounds like fun!

Sorry to hear about the job, missklew! I know that my employer has a presence in Australia, too. I hope you don't have to work for them! :-p (I'm not a huge fan of the corporation I work for) I think you said your thyroid tests were normal yet you have hypothyroid-like symptoms. Could be a hormonal issue, medication side effect, an undetected thyroid problem, or a number of other things... It seems like unexpected weight gain is not too uncommon. Super frustrating... Good luck with your dieting and weight-loss goals. I personally lost 30-ish pounds eating nothing but 100% natural, unrefined foods, but I wasn't dealing with unexpected weight gain...

I have all the symptoms of over active thyroid, cold hands feet, hair falling out, weight gain, but every test says I am normal there.
I don't take any meds other than vitamins and the occasional xanax.
i am going through menopause which of course your hormones are all whacked out anyway. I thought I was at the beginning of the end when I didn't get my period for 3 months but no it came back like a bloody massacre lol. I don't know if I will get it this month. I was hoping I only had 9 months left until I could officially declare it.
So yes, there is definitely something other than me gobbling too much food.

I'm going to update this after a long time.
I think things are somewhat better.
I have started this business that is doing quiet well surprisingly. I think to myself, why did I wait so long to do this?
I am really missing my family back home. I am missing out on so much. I have seen my kids a total of 4 weeks in past few years. I have seen my new grand daughter a couple of times.
I am thinking about going back for a few months each year.
