Hi MissKlew, thanks for restarting your list again. It is quite interesting. So many questions i would like to ask but i refrain, in case it is too imposing. I hope you will find success this year to get some of these tasks off your list. You can do it! * does a whole cheerleading routine* Woop Woop!! ;D Thanks Zoe. Feel free to ask me anything you like. Okie Dokie, you have just unleashed something that you may wish you hadn't *takes a deep breath and speaks* Is point 1 and 2 related? Why specifically Melbourne? Are you working casual/part time, is that why you want to work every day? What kind of fun stuff do you want to do? If you ever do move to Melbourne and you don't mind, I would love to come down and visit *Inhales another deep breath and jazz hands*

10. Work up the courage to get a web cam and talk to my awesome su friends with it! DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT ;D ;D As for my list: 1. Continue to attend my boxing circuit twice a week. 2. Organize my psychologist stuff so I can go to sessions this year. 3. Order some Primal Fuel and see how it goes: primalblueprint.com/products/Primal-Fuel.html4. Continue putting away $50 + 10% of my pay into my savings account and $50 towards paying off my schooling fees each week. 5. Make better food choices, but without feeling guilty when I decide to indulge in something unhealthy. 6. Read more books. 7. Consistently get to bed at a more reasonable hour (I was doing good for a while but I've slipped lately, need to get back to sleeping around the 11pm-midnight range at least) 8. Sort out whether I'm studying again this year, or finding new work. 9. Research options for small-scale investments. 10. Remember to take my new sunglasses with me when I go out! (they don't do any good sitting at home!) These are way more like resolutions than "To-Do's" but I can still monitor and update them as I go Hi Geek guy *waves* how's the new year? I hope you don't mind if i ask some questions about your list? Feel free not to answer them. How did you get into boxing? Is it a dangerous sport? how has seeing the psychologist helped you so far? Good luck with your studies or job hunting, so does that mean you are staying back and not moving to Melbourne? What is on the top of your list for things to read? I think it is really smart how you are handling your finances right now, like you already set out the structure to make sure it works. Sleeping patterns can get habitual.....hopefully you will be able to re-adjust it. I will have to push mine further back from midnight to 10pm.... that should be fun! Take care! Hope you have a great week

3. Completely stop using sleeping pills to help me sleep. Have you tried melatonin? It works for me. Much on my list is the same as others': 1. Get to sleep 30 minutes earlier than usual (thanks for reminding me, geekguy) 2. Save significantly more money each month 3. make major advances in my job/career (vague, I know) 4. Finally finish the book "Phenomenon of Man" (WAY before the end of 2012) and read a few others 5. stop having pasta for at least 4 months to see if that helps me lose more weight Hi Marle, how are you? I love your list as most of them are quite specific and attainable. How are you progressing with each one? If you don't mind me asking....what will you be swapping pasta with for lunch/dinner? How are you going with the book? Is Melatonin a pill? I hope you have a great week and thanks for participating in the post!

Good luck with meeting your awesome online friend.....*photos please, or it did not happen* (I'm kidding) Good luck with 1,2,3 and 9 as for number 10....well...'nuff said. *hugs then bounces off*

1. Driving lessons 2. New job (kind of ties in with the driving :/) 3. Write more 4. Read more 5. Continue training and complete the marathon I entered 6. Try to knuckle down and finally sort out my excessive anxieties/worries 7. Stop writing so many lists 8. Keep those pesky kids out of my amusement arcade 9. Tell better jokes 10. Stop thinking I'm clever Hi Slinky, how are you? I like your list.....the fact that you are training to complete a marathon sort of indicates that you are determined when you want to be. What is an amusement arcade? Is it like those moving clown heads and funny mirror stuff? Why exactly do you own one? (sorry curiosity got the better of me) Good luck with the driving lessons! Hope you have a fantastic week, take care - Zoe

How are you going with the book? Is Melatonin a pill? I hope you have a great week and thanks for participating in the post! Hi Zoe- I'm doing OK at the moment. I stopped the pasta thing yesterday- swapping it for meat, yogurt and vegetable (chicken, mushroom, tomato, garlic this time) wrapped in grape leaves (how Mediterranean). I'm trying to avoid the temptation to swap it for another easy carb/starchy dish like potato or popcorn. So far I'm liking the change. I'm only a few chapters into the book, so I've got a ways to go- this is one of those books where you only understand 70% of what you're reading, but it's a profound topic that makes you think. Melatonin is a hormone that the body naturally produces, and it's also available in pill form as a supplement. It regulates your body's biological clock- the supplement is supposed to make you sleepy if your body doesn't produce enough of the hormone it naturally. Still working on the sleeping earlier thing, I hope to make some progress soon. I plan to start saving more in the next month. As far as the job, I informed my supervisor recently that I'm interested in getting into other things at my job (of course I was more specific) so I'm about to see what comes of that.

Sleeping patterns can get habitual.....hopefully you will be able to re-adjust it. I will have to push mine further back from midnight to 10pm.... that should be fun! Take care! Hope you have a great week Hi Zoe, I have the answers that you seek (also my new year has been very sedated, came down with a flu but I'm 90% better now). With the boxing thing, it's actually not "proper" boxing, as instead of being all about the boxing that we see on TV, 2 combatants punching each other lights out, it's just a fitness circuit with lots of boxing elements in it. When you arrive, you pick a workout station, each station has 2 different exercises/activities on it, and once the trainer starts the music, you start what your station tells you to do. When the music changes, you move to the next one until almost 1 hour has passed. The stations include many different boxing bags, a session in the ring hitting the mits of the trainer, arm exercises, running, cycling, speedballs, stair running etc. So there's actually no danger in it for me, since I'm not interested in boxing as a sport goes (though I would love to find a martial art that interests me nearby). The psychologist is mainly helpful for keeping me grounded and realistic with my perspective on things. I can tend to sort of go from one bad thought to the next without realising that all I'm doing is making up what MAY happen and running with it, when in all reality, those bad things that may happen rarely do happen, or are really not as bad as they seem (this is especially true for social things, where often-times the idea of doing something social for someone who is shy, is scary but once they do it it's not so bad). She's a lovely lady too who is nice to talk to, quite compassionate. I'd love to move to Melbourne still but I'm not sure if I'd want to live with my brother, as I caught a bigger glimpse of how he lives at the moment and he's a bit of a stingy bastard lol. Very tight-assed about a lot of things that being uptight about is just a waste. However if I could get my own cheap place I'd love it as Melbourne is SO GOOD! For books, I have a few I can't remember the names of I borrowed from the library and are probably overdue by now... But as far as ones I have in my own collection, I just purchased Emergency by Neil Strauss which is very interesting, and I purchased The Way of Kings ages ago and never got around to reading it so it would be nice to finally do that (the book is enormous, not that it deters me). I also still need to read the Golden Compass series which I purchased even longer ago. Hehe, for the finances, I picked up a lot of the ideas in it from my parents and the book Barefoot Investor (which has a website if you google it). Some of the information in it is geared towards Australia as it is by an Australian (I know you're in aus but just for other peoples reference), but the general ideas are all very good and I'm going to follow them and invest once I get enough savings built up. Doesn't need to be much, initial investment into managed funds is only $1000. I both love and hate staying up late, because it feels like my own time of night that belongs to me, yet I miss the day or end up very tired if I have to get up early. In the end, I will dial back my sleeping time, its just a case of how long it will take me lol. is this primal fuel available anywhere in perth? Sadly whenever I ask health stores and other places about it, they have never heard of it, and google isn't giving me much hope either, so I'll have to order it online methinks. Did I get you interested in it too? If you have any other questions, don't be afraid to ask. I'm generally lazy about replying so it'll just take me a bit before I post back.

Here's my to do list for 2012, it's rather short but everything should be attainable in a reasonable amount of time :
1) Be more positive/optimistic about life in general ( I've already started this but I want to improve on it as much as possible ). 2) Try to not be so hard on myself all the time ( like the previous one, could use some improvement ). 3) Find the courage to buy a microphone for my computer in order to make someone listen to me singing ( Now that's going to be a hard one ). 4) Try and find some time to play all the games I've bought during the Steam sale ( Doable but will take quite some time I think ).

Hope you have a fantastic week, take care - Zoe Hello Zoe. I'm afraid the amusement arcade thing was my attempt at a joke! Old Scooby Doo cartoons where it always seemed there was an episode where an old dude who ran an amusement park was uncovered by the Scooby Gang as the evildoer up to no good. Hence my number 9 being stop telling crap jokes, and number 10 to stop thinking I'm clever by telling said jokes!
