So there is this guy who hangs out with my friends sometimes and everytime we are at the club and he gets drunk we make out but after that when we should stay alone together he runs away. Last time we were going from the club with our friends and I asked him to walk me home so we can stay alone he said no! When he sees me somewhere he is always staring at me and when i caught him looks away qucikly. He is always around me for example when he sees me on a beach he puts his towel 3 feet from me but doesn't talk to me just stares. When i talk to him he blushes and starts stummering. Only time when he talks to me is when we are with our friends and he is drunk and then we end up together and kiss. I don't know is he shy our doesn't like me? What should I do?

It could be that he is just shy and being alone with might be scary. He might feel there would be too much pressure on him to talk and try to be interesting. I suggest you ask him out on a date, such as the classic movie and dinner, or whatever you feel would be a good setting for being alone together.

Yes but I'm afraid he will say no because he will be to afraid. For example i saw him other day on the subway i was sitting and didn't saw him at first and he has shaken my shoulder and then run away he couldn't even say hi. Tomorow when he was with his friends he asked me why did i ignored him but i didn't even have time to say hi. Maybe I should tell him i like him? Should i tell him that i know that he is shy and that is ok with me? Will that make him feel uncomfortable?

This is a late reply, but I'd say yes. Shy guys want to be with the girls, but are afraid of making mistakes and upsetting her.
