Has anyone tried this therapy? It is fairly new but has been shown to be comparable to CBT in efficiency (or even better). I've tried some of the methods and it seems that it can be useful.

Its a therapy that doesnt fix your problems. It is about finding meaning in something and living with the pain on board. Meaning instead of freedom from pain.
