Do you dream? I have a dream about once a month, and I can never remember it for more than a day, has anyone done dream research? I guess I laugh in my sleep a lot ;D

My sister and I shared a room growing up and she used to SCREAM in her sleep. It really scared the heck out of me since I was younger.
I almost never remember my dreams. I know that I have them but, as soon as I wake up, I seem to forget everything. I don't drink too often but, when I do, I have some really freaky dreams.

I never remember my dreams anymore (hence I don't know if I actually have any), but when I was a kid I used to have really vivid ones that I could remember. Mainly because I used to scare the hell out of my mum - talking in my sleep, sitting bolt upright in bed, etc. But then most of my sisters and my brother have apparently done the same thing. My brother used to sleepwalk a lot. Oh, and once when I was very young my brother and I slept in a bunk-bed. I must've been attempting to sleepwalk, but couldn't get down the ladders from the top bunk, so I was asleep just hanging onto the top of the bed. To this day I don't know how I managed to stay asleep in that position Having just re-read that, I'm extremely glad I don't do stuff like that anymore!

i rarely have good dreams, though usually they're not bad either, just weird.. the bad dreams i have had include being cheated on (when i was with my ex), being raped, and being male. *shudder* i hated all of those, and most of them i had 2 or 3 times.

I have had a dream every single night for about the last 6 months, which is pretty scary. I never used to have that many dreams. The reason it's scarey is because it is another symptom of having HD. As the illness progresses, brain activity just doesn't shut down.
My brother who has HD severley is on a drug called Respirodol, which helps the brain get a rest. I don't know whether it is another stage of HD kicking in with me or because I've been under a lot of stress at home in the last few months.
The dreams I have always seem to be lovely.

I hope it's not another stage Shane Very glad they're lovely dreams though! I haven't been sleeping too well lately so not been remembering my dreams. But every so often I have especially bizzare ones. In the latest,my friend ruby insisted on showing me some duck, which was wrapped in soggy toilet roll..an then got eaten by a tiger..and these pensioners kept shadowing me and stamping on my feet every so often...weird. I'm going to try sleeping on a bunkbed ladder. My new mission. Um..Moogle,dreaming you're a man can't be that bad!? Wonder if I'd make a good man...

What's all this about girls dreaming they were guys? Can't say I've ever had a dream about being a woman. Thank god. Don't know what that would say about me. Another dream I used to have as a kid was being in a very public place with no clothes on. Especially at primary school when I was intensely shy. I've heard it relates to being extremely self-conscious and anxious about a situation you find yourself in regularly, ie-school. It's supposed to be a common type of dream, like falling. I seriously hope I ain't the only one to have this kind of dream Another thing about the 'falling' kind of dream. I used to get told by caring and loving siblings that if you fall in your dreams and actually hit the ground, you'll die. Hence your heart skipping a beat and waking up suddenly. Mentally scarred as a child? Moi? Oh I think so...

Before puberty, I could've been a geeky girl. I mean, I was a geek. And, playing with GI Joe's doesn't seem all that different than playing with Barbies. That covered pretty much all of my interests. Reading, and playing with action figures(dolls). Oh, and cartoons. I don't think dreaming about being a 10 year old girl would've been that strange for me.
