I daydream constantly about being in a different family, having a different life, and I play it out in my head all the time.

I'm unable to comply. All facts about me are deterministic.

I have never seen "The Wizard of Oz." Ah man, c'mon...you *have* to watch it. It's the only thing that people ever associate with the state of Kansas. Too bad it wasn't actually filmed here. I am deathly afraid of spiders...and birds lol...well only if they like attack me which one has I hate spiders! (but no prob with birds ) I do have at least a mild case of arachnophobia (sp?). Somehow I always run into a hanging one. *cringe* And whenever I see one on the ceiling or wall, I swear I stand there for at least 15 minutes just staring at it (I've actually checked the time the last time it happened) until I either get the courage to get up there and slap it myself or run and tell my 'daddy' or 'mommy'...haha, they hate that!. And the size of the spider really makes no difference...what I have determined quite big, my parents would (especially my dad) would majorly disagree. lol Whenever I turn off the television, it must be on a channel I like. omg, what the....I do the same thing..well, before I go to bed I do a similar thing....whenever I turn off the tv, I instinctively, for some odd reason, turn the channel to 3 (here that's NBC and our news channel we generally watch). It's weird. I guess it's, in a way, good, though...that way if there's 'breaking' news or something, I'll hear it right when I (or whoever else) turn on the tv. Okay....now I have my own randomness....... When I was younger, around 6 years old....I remember having several instances where I would get this really odd feeling. Just out of the blue, I would get this overwhelming sense that I didn't belong...like I should be somewhere else. I would look around and things just seemed so 'foreign' or something. I would get sort of lightheaded...my head would feel funny. Honestly, it was sort of a cool feeling, and I almost enjoyed getting it because it seemed so bizarre. Wherever I looked around, things just seemed so (for lack of better word) 'surreal'...dreamlike or something. That goes for everything that was in sight...trees, my house, cars, just everything. It was as if something inside of me told me to view the world in a different way or something....I felt sort of 'alien-like'. The feeling would last for a few moments...a couple of minutes maybe...not exactly sure. There have been a couple of times where I felt as if I was on the brink of getting that feeling again, but it only felt like that for a second or so...definitely not long enough. Well...excuse me for being bizzaro...lol. I hope I didn't scare anyone. It would be cool if someone has ever had a similar feeling? Let me know, dude.... If you haven't, you missed out on the strangeness (but of course coolness) of it. Cool thread, by the way.

Rent "The Dark Side of OZ" The Wizard of OZ movie played to Pink Floyds Dark Side Of The Moon album,, Very intresting. Very cool....the tornado scene is pretty eerie. Lots of cool scenes besides that one though. Well, I suppose I should stay on topic and at least include a random fact about myself....let's see....my favorite subject in school was calculus (though I'd probably be lost in it now)

I was pretty weird as a kid and I used to take pride in that ;D My brother would say your not weird, just to make mad and it would lol. I'm really not that bizarre I just think too much That is so awesome that you felt that too and at 6, god its trippy lol

I've only told a couple of people about that before, and I think they thought I was crazy. haha. At least now I know I'm not just a freak of nature or really from a different planet! lol oooh...it's sort of creepy about the age 6. All we need is one more person on here to say it happened to them at the same age, and we'd have three 6's. Now that would be super freaky. haha...and "trippy" is the perfect word for it. lol

Some random, useless facts: I can recite all of the words to the songs from The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Mary Poppins. I can crack my back and left shoulder. I make a mean cheeseburger. I walk on my tiptoes on linoleum or wood floor. I watch the Weather Channel if there is nothing else on TV. I had a Pee Wee Herman themed birthday for my 9th birthday. In 7th grade, I was a Weird Al Yankovic fan. My first concert was when I was 11 and saw ELO. In 1991, I was a huge New Kids on the Block fan. Flash backs to high school french. I had to recite that as well, and got so nervous. Anytime we had to read aloud I felt ill. Although, I did like the class, and I like the language. Must brush up on it... ~I.A.

Speaking of which, Lenny--I guess it's time to post my random fact ;D: I hate the smell, sound, taste (god forbid *vomit*), sight, feel and thought of chewing gum. If I get gum on a pair of shoes, I will never wear those shoes again--although since I always scan the ground ahead of me for any sign of gum old or new, it's only happened to me once so far, and that was because the gum was on a chair leg (ew ew ew!... ewwww). If I see gum on the floor anywhere, I will avoid that spot as much as possible even after the gum is long gone. Even writing about it makes it feel like I've almost "contaminated" whatever I'm writing about. I've been funny about gum as far back as I remember--although I was worse as a kid, lol.

Wow that's pretty bad lol. Reminds me of the time i got gum stuck in my hair. Some evil person put gum on the bench outside of my elementary school and i sat on it and leaned back and got it in my hair. There was no way it was getting out (we tried butter, mayonnaise and a whole bunch of other stuff) so i had to get my hair cut . That wasn't a fun experience . NEways Do you know when or how your phobia of gum started?
