i hate it when i'm nervous...which is...all the time. I say the stupidest things. i say things that don't make sense. i can't make my sentences come out right. i'm so humiliated by my awkwardness and insecurites. somebody please hug me. =(

Im like that very often myself, rarely a day goes by without me going through some type of awkwardness like you have mentioned. You are not alone.

(I don't wanna have to come and bail you out of the local nuthouse.) While your driving in your auto, just start talking about whatever pops into your head. Just get used to hearing the sound of your own voice, to verbalizing your own thoughts and ideas - get those verbal centers of your brain to functioning - and developing.

Talking to yourself is a great idea! Also, keep a journal. It's great therapy...gives you a chance to organize your thoughts
