Hard to put it in just one word.
Crappy for one. Embarrassed. Crappy because I feel embarrassed. I'm so tired of this problem I have. It's not one I've talked about on here as I am too embarrassed to talk about it. Perhaps if I got some prodding to talk about it, maybe I might.

Rather worried about some things, going to see the doctor next week for my annual health check. Incidentally also wonder if I'll ever visit another country again, as used to once on family holidays etc.

confused....
I did not one, but two things today that would normally make me feel really nervous. Yet I felt no anxiety whatsoever.... wtf is going on with my brain?

Don't get me wrong... It is a good thing. It just came completely unexpected out of nowhere. I don't feel like i particularly put much effort or thought into overcoming these things.. it just sorta happened on its own. I'm just trying to figure out why. lol

Well, i think the reason maybe what you just said. You didn't get to think about it too much. I think the more you think about doing something, and all of it's consequences. The more likely you'll hesitate and find it harder to do. Sometimes i think this may be a good thing, being able to be spontaneous. But there are other times that i think rushing into things can lead to mistakes and feelings of regret.

anxious anxious about driving I make so many mistakes when I'm on the road it's terrifying the other drivers hate me and I'm worried I'll hit something/cause an accident. anxious applying for my job I need to write 3 different sections of what I've been doing and show examples of things like time management/communicating/leadership. I am really struggling the job goes live on monday and the cut off point is friday I'm no where near started this is awful. I find it really difficult writing about myself I find it much easier using "we" than "I" agh. I'm scared I'll put something down wrong and end up looking like a lire and they'll kick me out or I'll write something so rubbish they won't want to keep me on. I don't get why we did to go through this process
