Something that's helpful (but aimed at girls, sorry guys) i've found is a cream that you put on before foundation. It comes out of the tube green, but once it's on your face, because of the redness, it balances out. Though it doesn't completely cover things up, i've found it really takes the "edge" of off the blushes. And because i've got a bit of confidence because of that, the blushes seem to feel less important. It's worth a try. *edit* It's something that you can find in Boots or the Body Shop. You don't have to go to some fancy places to find it.

Great points and great post. I agree that it's all about changing our current patterns and replacing them with positive things that will slowly change us from the inside out. That's been my approach and I am slowly gaining relief from this dang blushing. Still a long way to go though.

I have a tutorial group and the tutor stares really directly into my eyes and I blush immediately- how do I make it stop?
