Mistakes and embarassment are just phases. Whatever is beyond that point is your decision to make.

Personally I wouldn't know. I believe if it did work then alot of people would know about it and be using it by now. So I guess we all need to go on a little research about it ourselves.

All a herbal remedie in theory can do is relax you. Because if you think about it the worst part of shyness is you tense up and feel extremely awkward in social situations. But if you take a herbal remedy I imagine it'll just relax you and you'll get less tense in social situations. I tcan't be a proven cure as there's nothing which would change anything inside you to a great extent...although It would do absolutely no harm in trying so I say why not? If it doesn't help you won't have hurt yourself in the process

Hi, I've found out about an Tea that South American people drink called Yerba Mate. Although I don't know how it would effect you who have shyness, it has less negative side effects of coffee and is healthy and helps to promote extra energy and upbeat feelings after drinking this. This could help us shy people who may not talk or go into a "shell" and maybe allow us to feel better and maybe have the energy to get out of the shell. I've tried it and it has a nice stimulant effect and may be helpful. In addition, it is very healthy and again has less side effects that Coffee has.
Take a look on the internet for it and see what you think.
Thanks.
J.

Yeah I think they are the only company that can import cocaine legally. It gives their cola that certain something....
But I wonder how they work it. I mean the government is down there in Columbia spraying tons of herbicides on all the cocaine feilds they can find, which farmer gets to keep his crop to supply coca-cola company?

Depends on which country in latin America we're talking about. I know Guatemala allows many foreigners to own property and export raw material produce, such as coffee, cocoa, and fruit. Others, such as Venezuela and Mexico, are not as lenient. Also, a lot of coffee plantations in Brazil and Columbia are still owned by foriegn investors. I don't know if small farmers can afford to produce cash crops like cocoa and even cocaine on a scale to make any profit. I've heard that many of the drugs plantations that come from Columbia are actually operated by forgieners, with the Columbian government siffening off the profit. To what extent this is true, i don't know. I've only heard rumors. I've also heard that the Venezuelan dictator is trying to take control of the drug buisiness in Columbia. He's killed many thousands of people already in the process.

From what I've experienced on my trip to the Andes, the coca leaf itself is fairly benign. Its used traditionally as a palliative for altitude sickness, either chewed or steeped in tea. Its a stimulant, but nothing like cocaine. The traditional uses go back centuries. Some wise ass English dude saw how beneficial the leaf was so he wanted to get at its essence and extracted the active ingredients in the form of cocaine. I don't know how its determined who gets to grow the stuff and who doesn't. Its very easy to obtain the leaf in Peru, but it would be ill advised to take any home with you. A plant in New Jersey (Stephens something or another) is allowed to process the leaf making cocaine for legit medical purposes and pulling out the extract for flavoring in coca cola. The extract is fully decocainized, though even if it was left in it would be no stronger than caffeine. Hypocrites!

I'm gonna go with 'no' as well. How much of shyness can actually be attributed to some process going on in your body that a pill could help? Isn't shyness more about lacking social skills and confidence in areas outside your comfort zone? It takes hands-on effort to get better in those areas.
