I absolutely notice a difference in my personality when I'm feeliing refreshend and well-rested. This doesn't happen a lot, though, I generally get around 6 hours of sleep during the week then just catch up on the weekend, which screws up my circadian rythms anyway.
Problem is, most ppl who are shy are generally anxious and depressed as well and spend a lot of time wrapped up in their own thoughts, all of which aren't conducive to a good night's sleep. Vicious cycle, I tell you!
I really should invest in a white noise machine. My bf snores so loud that we actually sleep in separate rooms.
