somehow i doubt it seriously. but i would love a job i could go to in plaid flannel pajamas...and sleep... ;D You could always become a drunken lumber yard security guard. i don't think they'd let me wear plaid flannel pajamas though.

I absolutely notice a difference in my personality when I'm feeliing refreshend and well-rested. This doesn't happen a lot, though, I generally get around 6 hours of sleep during the week then just catch up on the weekend, which screws up my circadian rythms anyway.
Problem is, most ppl who are shy are generally anxious and depressed as well and spend a lot of time wrapped up in their own thoughts, all of which aren't conducive to a good night's sleep. Vicious cycle, I tell you!
I really should invest in a white noise machine. My bf snores so loud that we actually sleep in separate rooms.

There's nothing else in the world as restful as being asleep. I'm definitely a sleeper. I couldn't live without it.

whenever i am having trouble sleeping i take allergy medication. i just take 2 or 3 of those puppies and within an hour and a half i will be tired.

Sleeping makes me feel good but I don't feel any more confident when I have a good nights sleep. When I can't sleep I just read and when that doesn't help then I take an ambien.
