Studying astrology just won't do it anymore. It's fun to look at all the aspects and all the planets in diffrent houses, but like one astrologer said "Your birth chart is the card you're dealt with when you're born." The rest is up to us.
I've had it. You work with what you have. And develop what you don't.
I have a lot of positive files. That's nice.
I have a lot of movies that I can watch. That's great.
More time will be spent on doing things that move me closer to me achieving my goals.
I have two major goals: -Overcome social anxiety -Finish school(s)
Three hours per day for those two. I will do this for a week.

How comes you don't want to do astrology any more? It's something i'm interested in big time (I have the symbol for my star sign tattooed on my shoulder). Anyway, good luck in achieving your goals.

It would be so cool to be a palm reader and a psychic.

Man I fucking failed. I was serious, started working towards my goal, cleared my desk of the computer. And then after 2 days I went back to my old habits. Which consists of mostly sitting here in front of my computer.
I gotta face it: I failed miserably.

I'm still into it pretty much. But at the same time I'm a little skeptical about this.. cus when we know what Star Sign we are we - do we behave like that on purpose or is it subconscious? Or is it just spot on? I want to remind everyone that Sun Star sign colums in newspapers are a bunch of shit, cus we're not just the Sun Star sign. We're much more. Bob Marks the astrologer agrees "Astrology will not make progress until serious astrologers publicly disavow and condemn those misnamed “horoscope” columns, like I am doing right now." www.bobmarksastrologer.com/aboutsite.html

Im studying chemistry. Which has nothing to do with telling the future. I'd like to become a psychic. But the idea of self employment is intimidating.

It's time to make a list. I'm grateful for the home I live in. It's so cozy and quiet right about now, which makes me happy. I'm grateful for my mom, dad, sisters, friends, grandparents. I'm grateful for my cell phone, which I got from my mom. I'm grateful for this, and the internet. Withouth it I wouldn't know as much as I know, and I wouldn't have as many friends as I have. It's fun. I'm grateful for the times I failed in my life, so that I appriciate good times more. I'm grateful for my keyboard. It's like really old, but I really like it. I'm grateful for the happy times I've had. And will have. oh yeah I'm grateful for all the movies out there. For the movie industry, eggs, my bed, my speakers, my room, sauk, shyutd, cbs, youtube, hotornot, smallville, firefly, smilies, my callendar, time, yim, msn, wood, kobe, shaq, home alone, all the cats I've had, playstation 1 & 2, my camera... I'm grateful of being alive in the best time of being alive, which is now.

I'm grateful to be alive and that I am in good health I'm grateful for my job that I like and I have a roof over my head and food to eat. I'm grateful for V as he is everything I could ever want in a man. I'm grateful for my family

Which consists of mostly sitting here in front of my computer. I gotta face it: I failed miserably. I think it would be much easier to succede if you started smaller. For instance spend fifteen minutes a day on each of those things, and build up to more time. Also make sure you give yourself time to relax and do something you enjoy even if it's mindless. (Though I would suggest working towards your goals each day first so you don't get stuck in front of the computor, and never wind up doing them.) Whatever you do you're ahead of me. I am too much of a procrastinator to even think of spending six hours a day devoted entirely to overcoming my problems. If I tried I don't think I'd even last one day. Also what kind of astrology do you study? I'm interested in the Vedic astrology, Jyotish, which in my experience is one million times more accurate than western astrology, but I guess my only exposure to western is through those stupid columns. One thing you have to remember about any kind of astrology, is that it is so complicated it takes years and years of study, as well as natural talent to be accurate, and even then there's plenty of chance you could overlook something.

Start small, success builds upon success which builds confidence and so on. And set aside some time for fun, after you do what you ought to do Sun sign based columns are just that. They don't have anything to do with astrology since they only look the Sun sign. Real astrology looks at the whole chart, every aspect, every house.. I'm not familiar with Vedic astrology but as far as I've seen it's interesting.

I'm not familiar with Vedic astrology but as far as I've seen it's interesting. In Jyotish the main sign that's looked at is your rising sign (I think that's the contstelation that's over the horizen when you're born). Your moon sign is next important, and your sun sign is third, although obviously the whole chart must be carefully considered. There are also many sub-charts, some of which are very important, and I'm wondering if Western astrology has sub-charts too. (I don't think they're actually called sub-charts, but I don't know how else to describe them.
