Well I was working on a cruise ship for three months. My first rotation was wonderful, I wasn't even homesick. Then the second one really hit crap on the fan. First thing that happened is that I almost got into a fight with a co-worker that trying to tell me what to do and started to through towels in my face and told my supervisor and all she told me to work faster. I had to work a week with the dumb slapstick for about a week until he got transfered to be a porter. I thought I was doing fine until a supervisor came back from vacation and started to tell me I wasn't doing my job right. Totally didn't understand. I did exactly what I've been told to do. There was one day she blamed me and this other girl about bringing wet tablecloth to the upstairs Dining Room where I heard a rumor that the supervisor that works the night shift brought it up. What really ticks me off about the night supervisor is that he plays this abusive rap music about hitting women and he'll be gone away alot during his shift. Makes me wonder how the hell this numskull became a supervisor since he has been reported of saying he was gonna hit somonebefore. Then the last turnover day I worked before quiting I was trying to help a co-worker iron a Queen fitted sheet when my dumb main supervisor tells me,"Stop floating around and get to work." I was like, "What the heck? I am freaking working." The next thing I know I start to have a meltdown, starting getting depressed, and hardly eating. Then my supervisor told me she'll fire me if I don't work any faster, I'll get terminated. I started working as fast as I could. 70 sheets ironed in 3 hrs wasn't enough. 4 thursdays ago, I decided to quit due to being overwelmed and getting tired of all the chocolate pudding(if you know what I mean, I'm trying not to curse here). My mom got upset with me quiting because it was good money. Money isn't everything to me though, as long as you make enough and like your job. Thats all that matters. Now to the next stupid job.
