from Spiderman 2:
"I know you think we can't be together, but can't you respect me enough to let me make my own decision? I know there'll be risks but I want to face them with you. It's wrong that we should be only half alive... half of ourselves. I love you. So here I am - standing in your doorway. I have always been standing in your doorway. Isn't it about time somebody saved your life?"
Mary Jane Watson to Peter Parker. It was really good!

My absolute favorite fine isn't really from a movie, its from the TV show King of the Hill. Kind of symbolizes Texas real well
"I bet they want me to wet my pants from fear! Well, they're too late!" from Dale, in response to the evll feds.

Here is a quote from Scrubs, my favorite show J.D.: But in the end, the most important thing to accept is that no matter how alone you feel, how painful it may be, with the help of those around you, you'll get through this too. Sappy? Yeah...but it is true. heehee. And a quote from one of my favorite movies, Rushmore. Max Fischer: The secret, I don't know... I guess you've just gotta find something you love to do and then... do it for the rest of your life. For me, it's going to Rushmore. ~I.A

Well if we can include TV shows mine would be from Peepshow.
I can't remember it exactly but basically it goes:
"Love life? That's a rather grandiose term for staring at women on buses."

The Shawshank Redemption:
Andy: '...get busy livin', or get busy dyin'...'
The next one's cheating a bit, as it's more than one line, but what the hey....
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind:
Clementine: Joel, I'm not a concept. Too many guys think I'm a concept or I complete them or I'm going to make them alive, but I'm just a f**ked up girl who is looking for my own peace of mind. Don't assign me yours.
Joel: I remember that speech really well.
Clementine: I had you pegged, didn't I?
Joel: You had the whole human race pegged.
Clementine: Probably.
Joel: I still thought you were going to save me. Even after that.
And last, but certainly by no means least:
The Goonies
Sloth: 'Hey, you guys!...'

Well, I dunno if it's my favourite, but I like "It's 109 miles to Chicago, we gotta full tank of gas, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses..." "Hit it" from The Blues Brothers

"Say hello to my little friend" from Scarface
"In this country, you gotta make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the power. Then when you get the power, then you get the women. " - Scarface
I never fucked anybody over in my life didn't have it coming to them. You got that? All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break them for no one. - Scarface
You think you're big time? You gonna fuckin' die - big time - Carlitos Way
But, I'm funny how? Funny like a clown? I amuse you? I make you laugh? I'm here to fuckin' amuse you? - Goodfellas

these are two form one of my fav. movies. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
"You can turn your back on a person, but, never turn your back on a drug. Especially when it's waving a razor-sharp hunting knife in your eye."
We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold. I remember saying something like: Raoul Duke: I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive. Narrator: Suddenly, there was a terrible roar all around us, and the sky was full with what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car, and a voice was screaming: Raoul Duke: Holy Jesus! What are these goddamn animals?! Dr. Gonzo: Did you say something? Raoul Duke: Hm? Nevermind. It's your turn to drive. Narrator: No point in mentioning these bats, I thought. Poor bastard will see them soon enough.

just got a great new line from a movie tonight. "The Cooler", William H. Macy's character Bernie Lootz says to his girlfriend Natalie (played by Maria Bella): "hey, you look in the mirror, you don’t like what you see, don’t believe it. look in my eyes, i’m the only mirror you’re ever gonna need...you look in my eyes now…" that ist pretty roman tick

Punch-Drunk Love
Lena: Your face is so adorable, and your skin, and your cheek, and - I want to bite it. I want to bite your cheek and chew on it, you're so fooking cute.
Barry: I'm looking at your face and I just wanna smash it. I wanna fooking smash it with a sledgehammer and squeeze it, you're so pretty.
Lena: I want to chew on your face, and I want to scoop out your eyes, and I want to eat them, and chew them, and suck on them....
Barry: Okay. This is funny.
Lena: Yeah
Barry: This is nice

Words that I live by:
Grinch: Even if I wanted to go, my schedule wouldn't allow it! 4 o'clock: wallow in self pity. 4:30: stare into the abyss. 5 o'clock: solve world hunger - tell no one. 5:30: jazzercise. 6:30: dinner with me, I can't cancel that again! 7 o'clock: wrestle with my self-loathing. I'm booked! Course if I bump the loathing to 9 I can still be done in time to lay in bed, stare at the ceiling and slip slowly into madness. But what would I wear?!
