this is a link to an online book called "Psychological Self-Tools: Online Self-Help Book". the whole book is worth reading (and not very long), but i'm posting the link for the chapter on Assertiveness Training. to navigate through the book, use the links under the 'Resources' heading for the Chapters, or use the links at the bottom of the page (but above the Reader's Comments) for 'next' or 'previous' page.
