Often, because my cats frequently catch mice and bugs, then leave them at the front door. I once also used the Inspector Gadget grabber to catch a live scorpion.

Catch it? I usually ask someone nearby to heavily step on it and swivel it. I bet it feels nasty!

He could always drop them in his next door neighbours garden and see how they react although u would have to make sure they were out.

I didn't kill it though, well not directly. I put it in a jar to keep it as a pet, but it wouldn't eat anything I gave it. After 3 weeks one day the jar was filled with baby scorpions and they would ride around on the mother's back. I still couldn't figure out what to feed the scorpion family; I tried pieces of lettuce and dead flies I had previously from when I had a pet frog. So eventually the scorpion ate it's young and then it died a few weeks later.

Don't they eat roaches?
I once caught a wild sparrow and kept it as a pet... for two hours. My mom wouldn't let me keep it.

This one was too small to eat roaches, it probably would have lived off small crickets, but it wasn't worth the effort of going out to find them or buy them at the pet store. I thought flies would do, but they might have been past their prime.

How small was it! Wow, teenage pregnancy isn't just a social issue. I've seen many pregnant scorpions. oh man! they were all BIG and fat!
