I met this girl online and we met up for dinner this past Wednesday. It went really well. At the end of the night I asked if she wanted to go out again and she said yes. She gave me her number. We actually both just moved into the same apartment complex ironically. lol
I sent her a couple of txts since then and she has responded but she doesn't seem very communicative with her txt. I am probably making to much out of this. She did give me her number. I have tickets to a nba game next monday and i want to ask her to it.

Did you ask her out yet? Go for it. The worse thing that can happen is a no. That was a big breakthrough when I realized that a no was not the end of the world.
The rest of my thoughts maybe are not that postive, but being a shy guy there was not a lot of positive in my dating past. Not sure if you might have the same problem as I do, but I usualy have the problem of texting/calling too much after the first date. Which makes me look weak and needy and not very cool. In turn turning the girl off. That has killed the most amount of second dates for me.
The other thing I can think of is that she is not sure yet and wants to give you a second date to figure it out. I've had that several times. She did not seem overly excited and after the second date it was over.
This last thought might be positive and negative at the same time. I have a friend that is married. His girlfriend at the time asked him why he waited so long to call after the first date. He was trying to be "cool". She said she wished he had called sooner. If she likes you she will be excited to have you ask her out.
I hope you have great success.
