Hi again! I am pretty shy and sensitive person. I have a gift of being a pretty good artist. I paint pictures out of my head and find think that I am blessed to have talent and sensitivity. Does anybody else have a talent like this? It could be anything. Painting. Writing. Poetry. Writing songs. Let me know.

Being artistic does seem to come up a lot with being quiet or shy. It certainly did with me at high school. I loved drawing up to the point where a teacher would hold up a piece of my work and ask me to explain why I did this and that. Anyway, I love music and playing the guitar as well, but my major thing has to be writing, I went to uni to study film and it got me hooked on screenwriting. Having that kind of outlet for your feelings and emotions certainly helps when u find it hard to say things verbally.

I think I'm pretty artistic as well. I have written a sitcom (unpublished) and have started but never finished a few novels.

I guess being creative is something that shy people are best at. I like reading and writing also. In the 8th grade I had a teacher accuse me of plagerizing a book report because the book that I chose was too advanced for an 8th grader . She actually gave me a failing grade and, of course, I was too shy to stand up for myself. I look back and take it as one of my greatest compliments. I was OK at art. My art teacher used to put my work on display but, compared to the work of the rest of the class I couldn't blame him. It's not that I was a great artist it's just that the rest of the class sucked and I wasn't as bad .

I'm big on creativity too. I draw and sing. I like being crafty when I'm in the mood, and writing ( as do most of us here )

I am pretty athletic, I think playing on sports teams has helped with being shy. Everyone has something in comon and it is easy to become friends with those people. Being around eachother for hours before and after school ends up making you good friends.
My advise for anyone who wants to play a sport for school just go out and do it you will have alot of fun.

I am pretty athletic, I think playing on sports teams has helped with being shy. Not only that, but being involved in any kind of physical activity really helps with depression, and I notice that a lot of people who have issues with shyness also have issues with depression.

I'm a top-notch Foosball player, but it's hard to find anyone to play against and show it off I don't know if it counts as a talent, but i'm a good climber - I work on communication towers for a living.

Hmm...well, I don't really consider myself creative or atheltic. I feel like I fail at everything I do. I used to love softball and I used to be pretty good, but I'm not anymore and can't get the guts to go out for it. I guess I'm not that bad at writing and I used to be pretty good at the clarinet, but I quit right before high school started because I was afraid of being the only one in my grade and section moving on to the high school band. Now I've been learning the piano for 2 years, but I'm not that great. So really, I don't think I have any special talents. I haven't found what I'm really good at yet. Maybe I'm not that good at anything. *shrugs*
