That sounds a lot like me. I went to a hgih school and I always worked really hard. I came first in my class every year. One time, my form teacher added up the scores wrong, which meant that I came second. I was devastated and I went back down to school with my mother to get it fixed.

Hi everybody.
This is my first time posting ;D.
I have been out of high school for a while now, but your post brought back the old feelings that I experienced every year going back to school. The first day is always the hardest day, but eventually you'll get over it. Don't think that you're the only kid who is having anxiety about going back to school.

Yeah I've been like that since kindergarten...my dad had to pick me up and carry me onto the bus because I was crying so hard and didnt want to go. Also when I got to middle school I got really depressed because I had so much trouble talking to anyone that my mom called the guidance councelor who set me up with this girl having the same problem and she had us eat lunch together so we at least had someone. Now in high school I worry about having friends in my classes...

Soo young, so many possibilities. Thing I found depressing first days were if you ran into someone you had talked to in classes or something the year before and they totally ignore you. I know they ain't suppose to talk to your or anything but atleast a whats up or something. Bitches. How old and which grade are you in Naptaq?

yah SadSadSoul I agree. The first day ppl don't talk to ya at all, unless u have a friend among school mates. And ya it can be depresing but those are just ppl having some other more interesting ppl do talk to..nah interesting is maybe not the right word. umm open to talk to if u will. And they just have the stuff to talk bout. I mean what would i told them what i did over the summer? I'de say the magic word "nothing" and ended the conversation right there unles the person ur talkin to is persistent.. which can be anoying but it's great to be interested in isn't it? Man life sucks sometimes, but hey take it or leave it. So in the last 5 years or so I've been trying very hard to ignore those negative feelings bout school and just go for it u know. Sometimes it's best to do it and then think bout it lol. As crazy as it sounds it's true. And I'm getting better and better at it.
