Just because I'm quite, people can step all over you. Even though it's some else's mistake, they can still find excuses and blame it on the shy person. Because they know I wouldn't explain it to the boss...'cause I'm shy. I hate being shy, I'm tired of this world, everyone is so fake and the boss only likes people who kisses their ass... why teach us fairness and being honest in school while only the goods would listen but bad people keep lying through and lifes and still survive, and being on top...

i hate being walked over. at my old job i was the new and shy one. my boss was loud and had a bad temper. she favored those who had outgoing personalities or were boys. i always got blamed for doing things i didn't do and after days of working up the coarage to say something about it ny boss and co-workers would still place the blame on me! because it was easier to use me as the scapegoat becuase i wouldn't argue back. people also expected me to do the most work and i got paid the least. weeks later i worked up the coarage to tell my boss i quit.

My question: How the heck do you stop this workplace bullying. I could write pages about being bullied at work and about being the whipping boy/scapegoat. But I'm ready to be empowered. I'm tired of being abused. Work is the ONLY place where this shit is so damn overwhelming and hard to deal with it. It's the WORST when the bully is your boss. I can handle co-workers with some effort, but how do you avoid being walked over by your boss? I just wanna do my job the best I can and be treated with respect! Is that too much to ask? Yeah, it does seem like it's the bitch who always win...I suppose because their bitchiness is a fake appearance of confidence that smoke-screens their true inner weaknesses. Down with workplace bullies!!!!! . Any helpful hints to deal with boss bullying would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
