If I am at home all day everyday, why was I born? I can't go anywhere and talk to anybody. I feel useless. I mean what kind of impact on the world am I doing?
Poor poor me ;D.

hey how old are you? im sure that you will make a difference to someones life even if it is in the smallest way possible, but a least you will have changed it for the better. everyone has a point to being here, it just may take you a while to figure it out. ~catch22

i kinda feel the same way. don't give up. you make a difference everyday. like...by staying home you never drink and drive or do drugs or get arrested. also ifyou've ever said anything good to someone online you made a differnce in that person's life. ;D *looks backwards*... who said that? lol

I often feel the same way. Then I feel even worse for feeling sorry for myself.

This might sound cynical ... but all of our lives have a meaning - even if it's only to serve as bad examples

i feel the same way you do most of the time. all you can do is hope that it gets better. my plan is to do something really crazy like run away to a different country when im 18. at least then i wouldnt be so bored with myself.

Ya, I'm pretty much a shut-in too. I occasionally venture out for food, but I scurry back to my hole as quickly as possible.

bluheart, you're serious? Take me along, please ... I prefer colder (hate sweat) areas without many people - Siberia, Canada or Tibet would be just fine ;D

You could just move to another City. I mean seriously, Europe might seem all great but maybe when you get there you'll just realize that the people there are like the peple here. Is that not your problem, people? I'm not sure I don't know anybody but I'm hoping that there are some nice people everywhere in this world and I'm guessing there is bad people also. So I understand wanting to see new places but running away from a country won't help you in any way.

Hi! I'm living in France at the moment and would just like to say thats its really awsome I'm even thinking of applying for French nationality. However, moving to a different country won't cure your shyness especially if you can't speak the language (it was a big problem for me when I moved). France is a really great country but you right when you say that, most of the time, people are the same everywhere. The atmosphere in most of France is different to Americas though, Iv'e found France a lot more laid back and less stressful

like...by staying home you never drink and drive or do drugs or get arrested. I wouldnt say that, I was drinking quite heavily at home by myself because I was by myself. Luckly I have found much better chemicals than ethyl Alcohol. Too bad the government will lock up half the country for them..
