I am 20 and have no work experience at all, i would like to work but am worried about interviews, group interviews and such, especially if girls are there...
I also don't know who i could use as a reference on my CV/Resume... i have never really gotten close to any teachers or anything...
I am totally lost...

Group interviews? Wow that's a new one to me. How does that work? I feel you in regards to no work experience, b/c when I got out of college, it's all they wanted to see. Experience. Well how do you get experience without a job? It's the world's oldest catch-22. Are you in school? What about interning? Or what about temp jobs? Call a temp agency and see what they can do for you. It's all about getting experience, and you can always gain references through your temp jobs. I temped for about six months, and eventually one job hired me as a permanent employee, and from my other job I'll always have someone to put down as a ref. If they don't offer, ask. People will more than likely be pleased that you value their opinion enough to warrant a reference.

Maybe you could do some volenteer work and use that as a reference? I don't know...I haven't had any work experience except for a paper route when I was a teen...I've never had to make a resume before.

www.resumeedge.com has samples of good resumes. (I used to work for them, but am not currently.) Do some volunteer work - go to a volunteer bureau and talk with a counselor who will line you up with something that suits your skills and interests, then stick that on your resume. What is your level of education? If no degree, then take any job that you can, which shows a willingness to work, and will be a step to something better.
