I am think that maybe SU members could start a monthly support group ?
The objectives are to keep track of our individual progress and seek advice and encouragement.
For example, we could post in detail specific events we have during the month and ask for feedback from members ?
Case 1. I have attended weekly tutorial for 4 times but I haven't talked to anyone in the class. Nobody cares about me...and I am cold to ppl in class. There is a girl in this class and I want to talk to her and maybe get her phone number.
We also have a test this Sat morning and I want to ask this girl to have lunch after. I haven't asked her.Where should I take her if she said ok ?
Case 2. I have a female friend and she asked me to come to Ice Skating. Im going this Sat Evening. I am not sure what to do. I am going by myself.

It sounds like a good idea to me but then I would feel bad if I don't make any progress.

It sounds like a good idea to me but then I would feel bad if I don't make any progress. Progress, we have to start somewhere. There's a technique called "desensitisation" doing something a few times makes it easier to feel calm & prepared. Anyway, I have went through these 2 cases and I have some post-analysis for them. Next time I know what's good and bad behaviours, then I can improve on my good behaviours.
