Me and a friend are planning on moving into a flat over the summer. I'm really really excited about it (although i'm scared about leaving my wee 10 year old dog) I think this might help my shyness cause part of it is that i always feel undermined, younger and less important than everyone else, i think having a flat will make me feel older and more mature. And if i get someone else to move in if someone else moves in i'll have more chance to interact with new people.

I will, i'm already planning how to decorate it. That'll be the most fun part, except me and my friend have quite different taste, so it'll probably lead to some arguments, but i'm sure we'll reach a compromise

Cool, I'm hoping to get my own apartment this fall when I go to law school. I'm also excited about finally getting my own place since I didn't live at the dorms in college. I hope it will help me with my social anxiety, but then I'm worried I'll just stay in my apartment all the time and not talk to anyone. So I'll have to actively make sure I go out and do stuff and not get stuck inside.

I had a professor in undergrad that did that. It will be a test I'm sure, hopefully I'll be up to it. Where did you go to law school?

St Johns...how about you? Haven't decided 100% yet, I've been accepted to a couple schools, most likely I'll go to Penn State Dickinson.

I hope i do get it. Although it'll probably be wreked at the moving in party with everyone spilling things and stuff If yall need help moving, just ask me and i'll lift heavy boxes for you all the way across the Atlantic. Flats are nice, but i prefer my tires to be full inflated. Driving on flats is tough and could shred the tires. Have a wonderful time in your own place!! Be sure to inflate the flat, and patch any holes so the air doesn't come out.
