Did the whole Adrian thing upset anybody else or was it just me? I could totally relate to how she would try to hide from everyone, and then it really made me mad when those people were calling her retarded. I thought it was so sad, even though it was just a movie. -------------------- Okay, and have you ever seen MTV's show The Assistant with Andy Dick? Well, in the episode with his "birthday party" he had fired a girl named Ebony. He said the reason why was because she "wasn't in the social scene" (someone said that at least), and then he said that she was like "a piece of furniture. Hollywood likes personality." It was something like that. And well, I know that's totally true, because who would want to watch a bunch of silent people sitting around a room without saying anything or very little? But, it got me thinking about myself (agian, when TV's supposed to help me escape from my life for a little while...lol) and I don't know what I'm getting at. I was just wondering if any of you have seen this and what you thought about it.

Oh, well Adrian is from the movie Rocky (that boxing movie with Sylvester Stalone). You might not have seen it. Anyway, she worked in a pet shop and he would always try to talk to her, but she would never really talk back, at least not in the beginning. I think it was his friends who called her retarded. Yeah, the name does fit him pretty well. lol. ;D I don't really care much for him either. He's kind of mean, but it's probably because he just wants to make it more entertaining. I do love watching it, though, because it can be pretty funny. It's just that why he fired her really upset me. I don't think he's very fair.

Actually, I think A. Dick is hilarious. Yeah, he's a prick, but that's what's makes him so funny on this show, cutting these famewhores left and right. Pack you bags, bitches, cuz you'e fft-fft-fft! CLIPPED! Bwah! Maybe I just have a sadistic sense of humor.
I loved the camping epi "This hotdog tastes like charcoaled ass!"

I can relate to being a shy person called Adrian (with the added humiliation of being a boy with a girls name) even though I'm not as shy as Talia Shires character Adrian. I thought she played that role brilliantly and Rocky was a fantastic film, though the series went progressively downhill with each installment. I felt very sorry for Adrian in that film and it was extremely touching, especially the way she was treated by Rocky who I also felt sorry for. Did anyone else though just cringe at some of the questions he asked her like when they were ice skating. If I remember correctly he asked her some personal questions and commented on her shyness a lot which I was smarting at just thinking about being asked.

I was actually really surprised that I liked the movie. I never thought that I would like it since it was about boxing. Yeah, I think he commented on her shyness quite a bit, and it did bother me, but I still like how he saw through her shyness and gave her chance, unlike most of the people on that show. ______________________ "This hotdog tastes like charcoaled ass!" ;D LOL! That was great! I love the episode where they had the jobs like finding his lens in the pool, making the cat sit on the shoulder, and winning him a trophy. That was the funniest episode so far to me. I love when he says, "It's elimination time, bitches." LoL!
