Here's another poem. It seems not many people read my poems considering the lack of repsonses, yet I will continue to post for the few that might enjoy reading a poem about shyness. Here it is:
Shyness #2-
A mind emptying as faces stare. What do you say? Words flowing through the mind. Words, words, words... But nothing as they vanish in a moment.
"Hello," someone says. You do not answer. "Excuse me," someone says. You do not answer. "I'm talking to you," someone says. You do not answer.
And time washes away, as you bleed lonliness. Laying in a cold bed. Looking at a bare ceiling. Hoping for the day, when things will turn.

Thanks very good ...do you write these yourself? Yes, of course. I hope that it's a compliment that you think I might not be writing them myself. My dream is to become a professional writer but its incredibly difficult to make a living at it, or even get published.

My dream is to become a professional writer but its incredibly difficult to make a living at it, or even get published. That's okay, just keep on writing. If you're anything like me or alot of other writers, its more than a hobby, its a basic need. I'd love to be able to make a living at it too, but I'm not counting on it. I've been published and even got paid, but the only way I could make a living at it is if I lived in a small, poor country in East Asia.

Yeah, it is a basic need for me too, I have notebooks full of things I know no one will ever read besides myself. Can I ask where you were published and what kind of writing it was? I'm interested because I have been working on getting published the last number of months and so far have had no luck.

Very much a compliment...there are very good. Have you tried writing or emailing publishers with a few and test the water a bit? Thanks for the compliment. I have sent out a few short stories to magazines and journals with no luck so far, but I haven't sent out any poems yet. Maybe I'll try.
