FUCKING FUCK! O MY GOD! I HAVE A PHONE CONTRACT WITH THREE. ITS BEEN GOOD SO FAR BUT THEN THEY DECIDED TO SEND ME A RANDOM PHONE IDENTICAL TO WHAT I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETE WITH ANOTHER SIM. NOW I RANG THEM UP AND THE GUY SAID GO TO STORE THEY WIL GET YOU TO FILL OUT A FRAUD CLAIM FORM SUSPECTING THAT SOMEONE HAS CLAIMED A PHONE IN Y NAME. SO I GO TO STORE THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAD THIS BUT THEY SAID ITS OUT OF THEIR HANDS IT WAS AN ONLINE CLAIM SO THEY LEFT A NOTE SAYING IT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND EXPLAINING THE SITUATION . SO I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AGAIN. I TRIED TO TELL HER THAT A NOTE WAS LEFT IN MY DETAIL BUT SHE DIDN'T EVEN ACCESS IT SHE KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD TO TALK TO HER BOSS. SHE CAME BACK AND SAID THAT I HAD PLACED AN ORDER AND THEREFORE I MUST PAY FOR IT .......
I ACTUALLY STARTED YELLING AT HER...I NEVER YELL AT PEOPLE . IT WAS JUST A " BUT I DODN'T PLACE ANY ORDERS . THAT IS NOT FAIR AND BESIDES THERE IS ALWAYS A 10 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD." .. SHE THEN SAID OK SHELL TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR AND CAME BACK WITH THE ANSWER OF SHE'LL CONTACT ME TOMORROW ABOUT IT .
