Hi all i'm in my early 30's. shy person. and i'm an anxious type. everytime i get an injury i worry.. cause i always wish i was normal but i always have injuries( i have alot of health problems and broken limbs and i can't even walk anymore very well because of repeated knee damages)
Anyways, yesterday i bit down on a food that i though was soft, but it was hard and OUCH i felt it upon clenching.
I hear that this is how cr ack teeth happen. I"m worried. what to do? this happened before but the dentist didn't see any cracks, nor did the oral sugeon.
but i have to dumb go again. and i just came from a dentist cleaning last week. that sucks.
Any of you have expeerience with tooth pain ?

Do you see any signs of a broken tooth? Are you still in pain or can you eat without any problems?

Well i dont see it broken and i'm not bleeding and yes i can eat even with that tooth.it doesn't hurt when i eat. well if i eat soft foods, i can eat them no problem. and i chewed my dinner and everything fine.
but when i'm not even eating, it keeps like hurting throbing pain,..not all the time but randomly. the pain right now it's like from 1 to 10 it would be a 3. or a 2
Last time when i had pain from biting a crouton in a salad, it was like the same thing. And i went to the oral and took xrays, and check me, i didn't have a crack but in the xray he noticed i have a messy mouth with a bunch of impacted teeth.
The one that is hurting now, behind it is an impacted tooth that is putting pressure on that one. and according to the dr, he said that was probably the cause of my pain..
But i dont know if this time is that, or if this time i really got cracked. so i'm gonna get checked.

Well, that's a good sign. Maybe it's just the impacted tooth causing problems.

Could it be that your tooth is sensitive to cold/heat? If so... they have toothpaste that will ease the sensitivity.
