Hi, I'm new here and I'm also new to these message forums so if I do anything wrong... sorry! I'm shy, I've been shy all my life and its got to the point where I've decided enough is enough! So.. I'm trying my hardest to work through the problem. Any tips? I'm even worried about leaving a message here in case I get that wrong so any tips on leaving messages would also be appreciated. Well.. I'm 29 I live in the UK I work in Communications and PR I am married to a great bloke Most of the time I'm happy apart from when I'm shy, I don't like it it makes me feel like I'm no good I have 2 cats, a loving family and a nice house so really I am very lucky I like this website, soaps and Buffy.
