Newbie on board

Hey guys, I thought I'd visit this site after I saw a post from Shane McKay on the Radio1 website and I'm glad I took the time to. This is a great idea. I've read through many of your stories and they sound all too familiar. I used to be painfully shy and suffer with depression but it's getting better now.

Anyway, just thought I'd say hello

Hi I'm a newbie too! Shane I hope your brother is doing better soon. It sounds serious but I won't pry despite my curiousity. To the other newbie who posted here I recommended a great book in the section for that here that you may want to check out that I bought for a friend who was depressed and she says it is helping her a great deal. I originally read about it on an anxiety self-help site where several people had recommended it to others. That post is under my full name as dummy me didn't realize you could just put in your first name and it was my first post here
