I rent a room. All that I posess is in it. Whenever I'm not at work, or cycling, I'm usually there. I eat there. I 'compute' there, I read there, I sleep there. I noticed that most of te things that I do seem to focus around an easy chair, so I'm trying a new experiment, in hopes of discouraging this 'introversion': I got rid of the chair! It hasn't done much for the shyness yet, but it sure keeps me busier, better organized, and I sleep better, too! How's that for lifestyle change? I never really thought that it could make such a difference!

The equivalent to your chair for me is undoubtedly my PC. If I go five minutes without checking my email I don't know what I would do.
