Basically, my problem is this.. I'm beginning to go slightly schizophrenic, I think. I sometimes walk somewhere and then don't remember how I got there. I have dark, disturbing thoughts, usually involving murder (or worse things). There seems to be no pattern to this. Sometimes I can stay "normal" for days on end, then in other times I am plotting on how to assassinate people. Who knows, I might have killed someone allready! I can't usually remember what I do when I'm on the "dark side". (maybe my dark side is on this forum already?) Anybody have similar experiences? I'm starting to go nuts here!

Smiley, I'm not sure I can give you advice, I'm looking for that myself. One thing I do is constantly watch my surroundings for things which I have no idea how the got that way. i.e. "Why is there blood on my sleeve? Is it mine?" or "I don't remember leaving my keys here." Sometimes I notice really weird things (like the blood) or maybe something unnoticable, like pen facing the wrong direction. That's how I found out about the whole schizophrenia thing in the first place. Things would move without me touching them. Or I'd find items that I never knew I had (found a brand new set of kitchen knives the other day). Now, that's not normal, is it?

"Roses are red, violets are blue, I'm a schizophrenic, and so am I."
You guys should all go to therapy at the same time. You are, after all, one and the same person. Sorry if it came as a shock.

OK. So we settled that I'm insane. I was suspecting so... question is, how do I get over it. Thank you smiley for your suggestion of therapy. Maybe I will try that. I'm shy and I don't like talking to people, but maybe I can get over that Anybody else have similar experiences? This morning I woke up and found a whole chicken and some porkchops in the fridge?!! I'm a vegetarian!!! I would have never bought those. Maybe someone is playing a joke on me? I live alone, and only the cleaner has the keys. I doubt that she would do something like that. Help!!

jihad, your having delusions and probably need medication. my sisters bf had the same thing. I have a pretty funny story about him... My sister just moved down to chicago for college, before she went she went on a trip for orientation w/ my parents and her bf. Well, they had one hotel room and my parents would be damned if they let the 2 of them sleep in the same bed. So my dad and her bf slept in the same bed. Anyway, my dad wakes up to her bf rubbing his stomach!!! He was to embarassed to actually say anything, apparently he just mumbled, groaned and rolled over. When Ryan was asked to explain himself he said he though my dad was his dog!!! He literally believed he was petting his chinese pug!!! And then to make matters worse, when they were getting ready in the morning, Ryan got out of the shower and got into my mom's bed thinking she was his gf!!! (my sis and dad stepped out for a minute). luckily he didn't do anything. So anyways, I hope that gave ya a laugh. Ryan really benefitted from taking anti psychotics, although he when he took them they knocked him out in half an hour and he felt like they dampened his creativity. You definitely should look into doing something for yourself before you find yourself in a padded white room!!! Just don't tell anyone you don't know or trust about the blood or murder thoughts...

SADDayDreamer, thank you for that. I think if you actually belief your sister's boyfriends story that he thought your dad was his dog... oh well, sounds innocent enough I don't like medication. Bad experiences as a kid. They kept giving stuff against anxiety and hyperactivity. It gave me headaches. Does anyone think maybe I could turn this negative experience into a positive one? Maybe there is something to be gained from being two different persons.
