Hello..i was just wondering if any of you have seen videos of yourselves recently and what effect it had on you. Only im part of a team at the moment, and we just watched a video of a week we spent camping. its really really strange..a mini me walking and talking.
It really is an eye opener..i had no idea i fidelled with my sleeves so much. I'm such a fool! Tis very cringeworthy. But its good to see things you do so clearly so you can change.
Sorry, i always avoid video cameras so its a first for me. Thats why its so fascinating..

My uncle recently sent round a video he had taken a long time ago of an award ceremony for the soccer team I used to play for when I was 8. That's going back a long time. I remember that my uncle's camera was MASSIVE! It must have broken his back. Well anyway, I watched it. There was footage of me running around and playing tippy tig in the room with my cousin. I always thought I was cool as a kid but I looked a mess. I had gangly legs and arms and a pudding bowl hair cit. I looked terrible.
