It has just been brought to my attention that a former SHY United forum member has been making posts on my behalf. These posts have been stating that there are technical problems with the forums and that I need to reset all member passwords / usernames.
Firsly, these messages have not come from me and there are no technical problems withg our Forums. They were sent out by a person called Nitefalz - a former SHY United member who was banned for making inapapproriate posts a few months ago. He was only the second person ever to be banned from the SHY United forums.
By asking for everyones passwords / usernames he obviously wants to wipe everybody off the boards. If anybody has already forwarded on their email usernames / passwords please let me know and I will make sure you get back online ASAP.
I have already added Nitefalz to the 'banned' user list. I have his email address and IP address. I will make a formal complaint to his IP stating that he is using their services for shady deeds.
Shane.

The reason the other person was banned was for making multiple and daily childish posts which called me all the names under the sun. We have only had to ban two people since these boards went live, which is superb. It shows the maturity and sensitivity of all you guys.

Thats good, that its only been 2 people. I was on a forum a couple of yrs ago. Some hacker got into everyone's acct, and sent real nasty emails to people's friends under that person's name.. It was not fun

It has just been brought to my attention that a former SHY United forum member has been making posts on my behalf. These posts have been stating that there are technical problems with the forums and that I need to reset all member passwords / usernames. Firstly, these messages have not come from me and there are no technical problems with our Forums. They were sent out by a person called Nitefalz - a former SHY United member who was banned for making inappropriate posts a few months ago. Shane. Well, I warned him when he first started posting in here - that if he didn’t behave himself he would get the boot. If you think Darkfalz/Nitefalz was bad in here, you should Google him up in Google groups for the NG alt.support.shyness - He’s almost legendary in that NG - he’s the ringleader for all of the misogynists in there. (Of course, alt.support.shyness is not moderated, so anything goes in there, and just about everything DOES go on in there - it’s total anarchy, but that’s one of the things that makes it so interesting.) It’s a bit sad, really - Darkfalz/Nitefalz is someone who is in a lot of pain - I know him well. Many people have tried to get through to him, but with no success. I’ve tried to engage him in dialogue myself on several occasions, but he refuses to maintain the exchanges. HEY SHANE - you should post this to A.S.S. It might be interesting to get everyone’s reaction over there. Solitary Soul all about me -> users3.ev1.net/~solitarysoul/--------------------------------------------------------
