I would just advise you to go to your interview as relaxed as you can. As I don't have any idea what kind of job you are seeking or from what compnay I can't pin point any thing in particular. Be sure and wear what would be considered "Sunday's best" in clothes as at an interview you want to look your best. If you are asked to fill out any paperwork do it in an honest manner not trying to hide anything. Relax and be honest in answering the questions the interviewer or owner of the company asks. If you feel you are nervous, then take some deep breaths and continue to relax. You won't be the only one that has ever been nervous. Everyone who has ever interviewed is nervous and you are not alone. This should make you feel somewhat better knowing being nervous is a natural thing that happens to all of us. Good luck and relax and you will do fine.

boblouie has good advice - I remember reading that if the person being interviewed does not appear at least a bit nervous, that's a red flag for employers.
Try not to build this one interview into an all-or-nothing event. That's too much pressure. Convince yourself that there will be other interviews, other chances, if this one doesn't come to be.
Chemistry is beyond your control to a certain extent. I've been to interviews where I knew immediately that the hiring manager liked me, and that as long as I didn't screw up too much, I'd get the job - and I did. Then I've been to others where I did not get a great feeling, but got the job.
You might want to try being someone else for the interview, in the sense that you put on your "interview hat." Think of a mother disciplining a young child - she acts much differently than she does when talking to her husband (I hope!). In an interview you can see yourself as someone there to answer people's concerns (not so much their questions) and to ask some of your own.

Everyone else gave great advice. I would say to visualize yourself getting the job before you even go in. If you think it will go positively, it probably will. Be confident that you are the person for the job, and show them that.
Anyway, good luck to you!

I agree with everyone else. Have confidence, be honest, remember to breathe.
And good luck!
