overload in bed? Sometimes I wake up in the morning and my pj’s and sheets are all wet and sticky! I swear that I never jack off with my hands to cause this because I hate getting my hands all dirty but I always seem to unload it after dreaming about hot girls on my mattress. (btw, the mattress is the only girlfriend I ever had) Does anyone else have this problem?
Is this a sign that it is OK to masturbate?

Regular masturbation (or sex with someone else) ends the problem. Even when I do have sexual dreams, there is no mess because there is no old sperm that my body needs to get rid of.
As for making a mess when you jerk off, come into a tissue or tp.

the 'wet dream' is a biological function just like anything else. If you don't masturbate, your body needs to find another way to unload old, unwanted sperm. Your mind will dream about girls on purpose and arouse you into unloading while you sleep.
it's totally natural, nothing to be ashamed of.

So we males were made to have sex by the ages of 8-12 years old. My first memory of this happening was when I was 12. I didn't know what to think of it then other than I thought to myself, "ewww I hope I didn't piss my bed!" And of course at 8 years old was when I remember getting my first erection and staring at my first boobie from a babe lying down at the beach in a small bikini with big gonzaga's.
Dang, this sucks... I need some hot sex!

I've discovered that masturbating and fantasizing only makes it worse. Eventually, it hits you that none of it is real and it just makes it hurt even more.
