My other half was hypnotised & the hypnosist said the word posion & tastes like burnt tyres to help her diet & whenever she did try to eat the various foods she shouldn't touch the hypnosis worked.

Hi Mike, I've tried hypnosis to stop smoking, It didn't work, so I would be very sceptical that it could change a basic personality trait. Very interested to hear about it if you decided to give it a go.

Someone was talking about this not long ago. Her mother went to one to stop smoking. The girl went with her mother for support. The girl got hypnotized for eating better, or to motivate her more for exercising, or something. It seemed to be working well for both of them. For a couple of days, or so. Don't know about after that.
