I can get very much annoyed with my own self for lots of reasons. One resently is, I accidently deleted my emails from some people I was chating with (two times now) from this board. I am so sorry. I don't know if I have responded back to everyone yet. I didn't print out or save any either. Anyone else get annoyed with there own self?

Good heavens, no. I'm just happy happy happy all the time! Seriously...of course! But I am really working on not putting a negative interpretation on everything. Doing so has done a number on my self-confidence over the years, and it is time to stop. So now, I either view it positively or, if I can't do that for some reason, just blow by it. You know, take an "Oh well" attitude and carry on, refusing to even think about it. PS - And I'll email you, SV, in case mine was one of the addresses you deleted. ;D

I tell myself off at least a dozen times a day.

Yesterday saw my boss getting in the lift, and took the stairs so I wouldn't have to talk to him.
And then I realised that was exactly the sort of thing I thought I'd stopped doing. Very disappointed with myself.
