Hello all. The reason I'm writing is because for a very long time I was severly overweight but in the last year I've managed to lose 86 lbs. Now most people would normally feel a burst of confidence from something like this but years of rejections I think has taken a toll on me. When it comes to women I'm completely lost I'm so out of practice I have no idea what to do. This is completley frustrating me does anyone know what to do about this situation.

Hi there. I know exactly how you feel. I have lost about 70 lbs and I get lots of compliments and people telling me how beautiful I am, but really, from years of being overweight, I just can't lose my old mindset. There are even times that I look in the mirror and think (wow, you look nice) but when I leave the mirror, I forget about it totally the rest of day. For some reason, I have always been attracted to the shy type. And it always goes NOWHERE because I'm a shy girl too even though I know deep down that I am a beautiful girl, and I never want to approach a guy first. I don't really think girls should anyway. (My opinion.) The bible says, "HE that findeth a wife...." Not SHE. So come on guys!! Come out of it. Don't make us women do all the work!

Hang on a sec renee there is nothing wrong with approaching a guy. In fact some guys prefer it(especially shy ones). So you gotta make it look like you just wanna hang out thats all.
