I met up with some people from school and I still couldn't have a conversation with them. It's like I have not changed at all in three years, while they have.

maybe they think you have and they havent? Why do you want to change? what do you want to change? what do you want to achieve by changing?

I would like to be able to talk about anything with anyone. You know, be more sociable. I don't want to see someone and go, they remember me being quiet so i will stay this way.

shyusa, that is all true ... and I comfort myself with this knowledge all the time - but there's clear difference between deciding not to do something because it's pointless and not being able to do it. We don't have a choice ... and that's what LonelyHeart wants to change about himself...

Gah. Being social. Maybe it just wasn't the right people. Sometimes I can go out with a group of people and not say a thing the whole time. Or I can be out with the same people and have all SORTS of things to talk about. Don't base it all on that. If you don't talk at least listen. You will learn how to generate conversation (Sometimes even when there isn't much to really say)
