Yea, I actually got in my truck, drove down to the mall, bought some electrical stuff, then I was having a difficult time deciding if I should drive down to the university and visit my bro. Parking is a real bitch around there and it's not an easy area to drive in.
So I decided I would just start driving in that area and see what happens, well sure as shit I wasnt even thinking about it and I arrived at his place, drove around looking for a place to park, then finally found a spot. And buzzed up and visited him for a bit. I've been putting that off forever.. The best part about it is I was only mildy anxious for some reason. I didnt have the sweating nauseating level of anxiety.
I start 2 months of schooling tomorrow. Think I can kick my anxiety 2 days in a row?

You might be able to, yes. But just don't get complacement. If anything, I always find out the hard way that my anxiety is still there. But two months schooling can't exactly hurt your progress. Good luck.
(Isn't it good when you have a "mild" day) - It's so bizarre!!!

yeah mild days give you a sense of the freedom that could be just arond the corner.. good going, its often that once your mind is occupied on something else it forgets to be anxious and shows you there is nothing to be anxious about. Keep working at it
