Today was an interesting day. I was at the gym buffing up my pecs and my delts, when I suddenly had to catch my breath!
I looked in the mirror, and....my hair was perfect.
You're so vain. I bet you think this song is about you, don't you?
Yes, I do!

Hello Medici,
I have a quick question for you and anyone else who may have some insight into this. Has going to the gym ever posed a real dilemma for you, and if it has, how have you worked up the nerve to go?
I've been wanting to join a gym since i started high school, but i feel so self-conscious about it. I feel like everyone might be staring at me, and the whole thought just makes me very uncomfortable. It's so frustrating because i really want to get in shape. what should i do?

Hello Medici, I have a quick question for you and anyone else who may have some insight into this. Well I guess way back when I first started I may have thought that, but then when I got in there I realized there are all kinds of people in there and nobody cares what you're doing. In fact today there was a guy in there who is crippled. He had two different length legs and was walking with a cane. Anyway he was there doing some arm exercises so good for him. Now there's someone with real disability that he can't help but he is still doing his best with it. So you will see all kinds. Some people in really good shape, others in really poor condition, all over the spectrum really. You have to start somewhere. You can even pick a gym for just women or something like that, or you could do some other kind of exercise. Maybe KARATE! HI YA!
