The only thing about being stuck in a decade is if your hair style and clothes stay in that decade.
It is very aging.

The ironic thing is that alot of the 70's and 80's songs are being used alot in movies and advertisement. My husband likes to play name that tune with me when this happens and it blows him away how can even get the tough ones. But it is really not that hard when you have been playing the flute since I was twelve and was in choir all through high school. The funny think is that in high school I couid not stand bands like ACDC, Black Sabbath, etc. but now I don't mind listening to them when they come on.

Very true to both Sweet Pea and Goddess Pnats. The ironic thing is that some of the 60's 70's and 80's styles have come back into fashion such as the pencil thin leg jeans, long button up sweaters, ponchos and leg warmers. I have a few ponchos that I made myself so they don't look so 70's. I might buy a pair of the thinner leg jeans since I have been told that I need to wear clothes that show off my legs better. I got told this by a male co-worker that saw me the company picnic and I was wearing shorts. My uniform at work is not flattering on anyone.

yeah it's back. . . but if you have noticed, they are well-modified to fit our generation. Besides, it's the way you carry yourself out. With anything you do or wear, you just need to be confident. __________________ shyness Free Report reveals how to overcome shyness. . Basically, Mardus makes the point that worry and stress build over time and get progressively harder to stop. Therefore, he says, you have to stop the worry cycle as soon as possible. When I was really down and feeling like I was going to die, I took his suggestion and did something to break my thought pattern. I would get in the car (privacy) and sing along with whatever was on the radio, and I have to admit, it worked. It's almost impossible to be worried or depressed if you're singing. My singing broke the negative pattern I was in, though sometimes the hardest part was wanting to break the pattern. Feeling depressed can be addictive - it can become more comfortable than doing something about it. This is very true, and is one of the things I'm looking forward to in driving a car. You can do so much for yourself in a car. You can listen to positive stuff, like audio CD's from Norman Vincent Peale, Tony Robbins, Earl Nightingale, Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziglar, Wayne Dyer, Denis Waitley, Byron Katie.. I mean the list goes on and on. And it seems to me that more and more people are taking responsibility for their lives, instead of blaming it out there. I know I do. i totally agree witht that. we are the ones responsible with our actions because we're the ones making the decision. With the decisions that we make, we just need to accept the outcome whether good or not. __________________________ self help Free Report reveals why Think and Grow Rich did not make you rich!.
